Is individual counseling right for me?

Individual counseling allows space to explore your personal goals in-depth. Many times it can feel uncomfortable going as deep as we would like to with our support systems, and individual counseling gives you the space to experience your emotions without judgement. Individual counseling can be challenging as many times our ways of moving through the world are challenged- giving us space to grow and learn how patterns we’ve picked up over our lifetime may no longer be serving us as we move towards our goals.
